Below is a simple guideline for how we like to do things. But we're flexible (figuratively...oh that I could touch my toes).

1. Request a Free Quote.
2. We will contact you within 48 hrs. of receiving your quote request. We may ask that you provide additional information regarding your project before suppling a quote to you.
3. We will email you an estimate/quote of what we have discussed. *Please remember that prices are subject to change if you would like to add, remove or change things.
4. We will answer any questions that you may have.
5. Quote/Estimate price accepted.
6. You and I will go over what you like, don't like, need, styles, colors, etc. that you would like to incorporate into the design.
7. Once all questions and concerns are taken care of I will send you a contract/agreement for you to read, sign and mail back to me.
8. Once the contract and deposit (50%) have been received we will then start on the layout and design of your project.
9. Balance is paid, upon approval of the design.
10. Files are then transferred to you or uploaded to your server.

We work very closely with our clients either by phone, email, or MSN messenger to ensure complete satisfaction.

We accept PayPal, Email Money Transfers, or Cheques as payment.
